Either it's helping with on-site registration, supervising off-site activities or being your liaison who fully supervisions your event - it's all within our skillset. Procurement Strategy Group was created in 2019 to bring focus to holistic procurement process , when planning corporate events. After 22+ years in the industry, we identified many third party meeting planning companies focusing exclusively on few steps of procurement process. With that in mind, we decided to design holistic and comprehensive 7 Step Procurement Process to build a strong foundation for seamless meeting logistics and execution.
