Addressing the exodus of technical talent with the retirement of experienced engineering, operations and sales people, Process Training Consultants, Inc. provides training for new hires who are not familiar with the process operations in stock prep, approach flow and recycled fiber systems in the pulp and paper manufacturing industry. Using a hands on, problem-centered, approach our training program includes elements that develop the technical analytical skills of the trainees so that they are able to leverage their knowledge to gain better results in their careers.
