Prime Effect is an innovative healthtech & services company improving the mental fitness of Australians. We present evidence-based stimulus that's delivered in a fun and relatable way by Australia’s favourite athletes. We normalise the conversation around mental health, making it less complicated and less overwhelming for people to absorb new skills and strategies to build their own mental fitness. Using the experience of current and former elite athletes, we uncover what helped them achieve their success and handle those inevitable setbacks, and back it with evidence-based content. Our Athlete Ambassadors include NRL stars, Rugby Unions Stars, AFL Stars, Olympians and Paralympians. We help our customers to support their communities - members, staff, students and everything between - through program delivery for stress reduction, increasing energy and motivation, dealing with setbacks and more, in order to improve overall capacity (all things mental fitness!)
