PreConstruction Catalysts is a catalyst for ultra-high-level transactions. We are dealmakers facilitate makers with an ever-growing international network of senior-level people. Project Funding: Ranging from 2,000 acre community developments, to wind farms, solar, ethanol, solar, and other categories of products. We connect strong management teams and ideas with the people who can finance them. A complete, comprehensive business plan covering all the bases is necessary to engage. NO Startups, or dreamers, please. We run through business plans as time permits, and will provide a 'yes' or 'no' expression of interest. Rule of Thumb for a Business Plan; Must contain accurate CURRENT numbers, and a realistic pro-forma. Must have an excellent, experienced management team on-board or committed to jump in when funding is available. ALL documents pertaining to the deal are essential. We will not review redacted or otherwise hidden information that hinders due diligence. Be prepared to open the Kimono and have every element scrutinized: Our private lenders are no fools, and if there is no transparency at the start of a relationship, we do not have time or interest in poking under the rocks for data!
