In the nascent electric power reform and industry in Nigeria, we have been privileged to offer our services to both local and foreign investors, international energy and infrastructure advisory firms, government agencies and law firms in Europe and Latin America. Our engagement by the renowned global leader in energy advisory, AF Mercados EMI, Spain as their local counsel in various transactions in the privatization of PHCN Gencos and Discos assets, and private Greenfield IPP legal works, has given us the necessary capacity and scope in this emerging economic activity.
