Our design service quality has been the sole attribute to establish our company as well as giving us strength to survive in the construction industry. Now Powerdot Solutions is fast emerging as one of the leading MEP consultants and contractors in Thrissur, Kerala. We design and execute Electrical & Mechanical systems which include electrical small power, lighting, ELV services, plumbing and HVAC works. The Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) department of Powerdot Solutions is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, measuring and continually improving the performance of QHSE Management System through which: customer satisfaction, improved business process, improved employee morale, environmental protection and safe work place is achieved. EXPERIENCE We have experience hands working with us for the last 15 years involving engineering designs and related project works. We have qualified directory personals in this field. Also we caters quality resources manpower for the design, consultancy and execution in the field of Electro-mechanical, Air-conditioning & Ventilation systems, Electrical & Low current systems as well as Services such as Plumbing, Drainage, Security systems, fire alarm and Fire-Fighting systems. SCOPE OF WORK 1.Electrical: Design, supervision and execution of Electrical which includes the following:  Lighting & fan point wiring and fixing outlets  Small power wiring & installations (switch/sockets, water heater, water pumps etc.)  DB / Panel installation, dressing &wiring  ELV Services : conduiting only (draw wire included)  Solar wiring  Testing & commissioning 2.A/C works: Supervise the installation of Ducting,Insulation and A/C Machinaries etc.,(Design excluded) 3.Plumbing & Drainage: Design and supervise plumbing related works  Fitting & installations which include waste water line, floor trap, clean outs,floor drain etc.  Manhole installations  Septic tank connections  Hot and cold water line with necessary fittings  Water tank installation  Pumps & valves installation  Automatic level indicators  Testing & commissioning Also we extend to offer our services in coordination of site issues,close monitoring for the progress,attend technical meetings etc. ACTIVITIES DESIGN, CONSULTANCY & EXECUTION Electro - Mechanical Services and Low Voltage System (ELV) of multistory building, residential building, villas and apartments.
