POW! is a community organization with inclusive, volunteer-run programs that are packed with creativity, friends and fun. We are proud to offer free enrichment programs for learning and play across all abilities, backgrounds and ages in a safe and inclusive environment. We are focusing on free enrichment programs for children of all abilities and backgrounds in a safe environment. Before the pandemic we ran seven weekly programs, such as adaptive soccer, dance & gymnastics, PlayABILITY, interactive reading, movement, art & music, but at the moment we are focusing on our virtual Saturday morning program, offering a brief impulse of music, art, movement and storytelling and friendship fostering. The current situation does offer new options to our minorities by attending virtual meetings all over the world (!), though we know that remoteness is not the same as meeting in person.
