Overview

PostdoCaRe Europe is a newly established European network of Postdoctoral scientists working in cancer research. As a bottom-up initiative by early-career Postdocs, it was founded in an attempt to provide a platform for both scientific and personal exchange across European cancer research institutes. PostdoCaRe Europe started as a joint effort by Postdocs working at the Cancer Research UK Beatson Institute (CRUK BI) in Glasgow, the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in Lyon, the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in Amsterdam, and the FIRC Institute for Molecular Oncology (IFOM) in Milan. Our network has been growing rapidly and currently we have over 450 members from 19 countries, 53 cities and 77 institutes! Our goal is to include postdocs from all European countries and build a strong, scientific network of young cancer researchers! To actively participate and stay tuned about upcoming events, please visit our website https://www.postdocareeu.com/ and join the PostdoCaRe Europe Slack using your institutional login: PostdoCaReEurope.slack.com For information about our upcoming conference 'Shaping the cancer research of tomorrow' in Heidelberg, October 25-27, 2023 please visit https://www.postdocareeu.com/conference2023 You may also contact us at info@postdocareeu.com
