Ioannis is an MSc in Positive Psychotherapy graduate of UCLAN, a certified NLP Coach & Practitioner by INLPTA, and an HR Consultant (MSc in SHRM) with more than 18 years of experience as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Maintaining an adequate level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition. Serving as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
