If you want to master something, teach it.”– Yogi Bhajan Positive YOUth is a non-profit organisation born from the need to bring more positivity in the society. We use the innovative non-formal methods of mindfulness and work on changing our busy and trouble seeking mentalities, starting with one single individual-YOU. Positivity is a source of physical well-being, tranquility, happiness and success which describes the best our philosophy - to become the best and happiest versions of ourselves in order to inspire the peers and build happy communities for future . Even if Positive YOUth is a newly formed NGO, the staff have participated, written and organised various Erasmus+ training courses in Europe as well as participated/organised mindfulness trainings in Thailand. We are committed to the belief that all humans are the same and the main need for all of us is to be content. We are ready to organise different projects and events to build together communities where people are empowered to develop themselves in order to live positive, mindful and happy lives respecting their surroundings. Our vision is to together grow supportive communities of people, committed to life long learning and self-development in order to live a positive, mindful and happy life respecting their surroundings. Therefore, besides empowering communities, our staff is constantly working on their own development in order to fulfill this vision.
