Overview

To make your organizations become POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliant as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 passed by the Government of India. We, Ken Interactive, help you with end-to-end services from drafting and reviewing POSH policy, facilitating internal committee setup process to providing external committee member support. We also provide customization of these services. The training sessions can be conducted using one of the following methods of your choice – Classroom sessions, E learning and Gamification.
