We provide recruitment and coaching services to venture-backed platforms, startups, and not-for-profits operating in psychedelic medicine and other emergent sectors of mental and behavioral healthcare. Our goal is to support these organizations in two primary ways: 1) Ensuring they can attract and retain top-tier talent 2) Guiding the talent they have to perform at their highest level We chose psychedelics because we believe in their capacity to heal suffering on a societal scale.
