Association of Polish Organic Food Producers and Processors “Polska Ekologia” was funded in 2006 on the initiative of several dozen companies producing organic food. The mission is to disseminate and popularize through targeted marketing and information activities, organization of food tastings, competitions and trade fairs, including international fairs, Polish organic food produced from raw materials from Polish farmers and producers. Currently members of the Association are producers and processing plants that produce thousands of certified products, marked with “green leaf”. The challenge and goal of Polish Ecology for the coming years is to increase consumer awareness in every age group and conviction that the consumption of organic food allows longer life in a better physical and health condition. From year to year, the group of supporting members - individuals and companies - whose activity of the Polish Ecology Association is close.
