We Create Startups. At Poema we work together with startups from their inception, one at a time, assembling and managing teams or as part of the team. If the fit is good, we are happy to become co-founders. Our experience in software, design, hiring and management of digital products have allowed us to be part of significant startups all over the world such as Spacer (Australia), EmCasa, Mandaê and Mocatto (Brazil).
