We are the only non profit organisation in Singapore that focuses on the prevention of the transboundary haze pollution in the Southeast Asian region. We bring attention the root causes of transboundary haze and solutions that everyday citizens can take. Our advocacy programme encourages the responsible consumption of sustainable (haze-free) palm oil products; and the protection of fragile tropical peatland ecosystems. We work closely with Indonesian and Malaysian communities to protect and restore degraded tropical peatlands. Our peatland restoration programme focuses on community development and taking a scientific, yet people-centric approach to restore community managed peatlands. We are also rooted in the Singapore community where we engage youths in tertiary and non tertiary educational institutions. We give them opportunities to develop practical skills in advocacy as well as peatland restoration work. We accept volunteers from all backgrounds and expertise, co-creating a haze-free future for all.
