In parallel of part- and mold design we support user with filling, cooling and warpage simulation as well as structural analysis of parts and molds. PLEXPERT support digitalisation in the production and offers a wide variety of products to optimize and automate production. Xscale or Xmold are two examples of software to digitize date in injection molding. In terms of quality control we developed the worlds first and unique inline infrared IR-ThermalSystem in order to secure production.
