Hi, I'm Lisa, a freelance HR Consultant and founder of Platinum HR. I provide professional and flexible HR support to small and medium sized businesses across the UK. I have over 10 years experience in the HR industry holding senior roles in various sectors such as manufacturing, outsourcing, telecommunications, hospitality and retail. I am a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and I am committed to the high standards and ethical compliance represented by the CIPD as the professional body for HR. I help clients to grow and increase their profitability through their people practices.
