PLASTEX ENERGIA is a provider of solar thermal technology and water treatment solutions across the full spectrum for the domestic, municipal, industrial, and oil and gas sectors and operates in both rural and urban areas. PLASTEX ENERGIA commits to a sustainable environment through providing effective water storage and treatment systems that can reconcile the ever-growing demand for water and engages in supporting the universal access to water supply, sanitation and hygiene as per the global Sustainable Development Goal 6 set by the United Nations in 2015. The company provides customized and comprehensive water systems which are fully capable to convert any water into a product that meets the requirement of the end user. PLASTEX ENERGIA designs and delivers solar thermal energy solutions to public infrastructure and private sector entities concerned about the environment and the rising cost of energy by providing solar thermal collectors and solar domestic hot water systems. Water heating accounts for approximately 30 per cent of household energy consumption. Solar water heaters can provide most of this energy and have been recognized as an effective way to reduce energy consumption while there are zero greenhouse gas emissions. The company has strategically located offices across the country and with a dynamic network in place it effectively manages clients, projects, spanning in three regions of Mozambique.
