The Pittsburgh Toy Lending Library (PTLL), a cooperative run by volunteers, is an indoor play space and toy lending library for children from birth through age 6 and their caregivers. The Pittsburgh Toy Lending Library will be an evolving leader and model in creative play, a model that services as a resource for the entire community.
