Pioneers mobilizes teams to glorify God among unreached people groups by initiating church-planting movements in partnership with local churches. A nondenominational mission agency, Pioneers was founded in 1979 by Ted Fletcher, national sales director for The Wall Street Journal. Pioneers currently has 3122 members sent from 8 international bases, serving on 207 teams in 108 countries.
