PILONI is specialized in the production of small metal parts obtained from the cold molding of metal wires, such as solid rivets, semi-hollow and bifurcated rivets, custom-designed, knurled, threaded pins, with grooves and special screws. 80 years of experience in close contact with the multiple needs of this sector have allowed us to improve products while keeping pace with the technological evolution requested by customers. The primary objective for PILONI is full customer satisfaction, maintaining quality, professionalism of collaborators and machinery technology at the highest level. In order to guarantee maximum control of the production process and short delivery times even for special productions, for over 40 years PILONI draws internally almost all of the wire it prints. We currently produce around 14,000 different items and have a warehouse of 600 pallets.
