Throughout the many cultures the Phoenix represents high virtue, grace, power, prosperity, strength, peace, purity, and life. Based on the Phoenix Mythology, It is told that the legendary bird Phoenix consumed itself by fire every 500 years, and a new Phoenix sprang from its ashes. Even in ancient Egypt, the Phoenix represented the sun, and in Early Christian tradition they had adopted the Phoenix as a symbol of immortality and resurrection. Our belief and vision is that everyone can be reborn and shaped into something great! The Native American bird symbol has been found across the U.S. It was once depicted on the first Great Seal of the United States in 1782. (It was changed to the eagle around 1902.) As a company we understand that in this country the middle class has dealt with grave economic issues all based on greedy executives, big companies that put profits before their people. Companies focused on company growth instead of being a nation again and taking care of the people (the Employees), which will innately generate company success; an Ideal this country was found on. The opportunity we offer in Phoenix is what we wish corporate America would be reborn into, for example; putting the people before corporate agenda, giving every American the opportunity and hope to be free from J.O.B (Just Over Broke) where everyone has the opportunity to achieve the American dream based on their work ethic, strong mental attitude, good character and the willingness to strive for something greater than just a 9-5 industrial age ideal. Success was originally utilizing personal talent and ability and being able to capitalize on that gift God gave and turn dreams into reality. Moreover, a fulfillment that the individual felt; God's gift edified that person's personal purpose and presented a means to better establish their families' economic situation, reaching that American Dream.
