Jay Thorne, Principal, Public Affairs. A real estate, government relations and marketing professional, over the last 30 years, Thorne has been intimately involved in projects that have transformed the city of Phoenix. Terry O'Reilly.Principal, Construction. O'Reilly has an extensive and diverse construction and development background primarily focused in the Northwest. Before joining Novawest team, he owned and operated T.M. O'Reily Associates, operation as consultant on new mixed-use development as well as adaptive re-use projects. Tony Puma.Project Manager Puma brings over 35 years of large and complicated construction projects to the Novawest team. He served as public sector project manager for the construction of Key Arena in Seattle (former home and of the Seattle Supersonics) and Safeco Field (home of the Seattle Mariners).
