Established in 1986 Philip Martin is an independent firm of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Auctioneers. The firm has four partners headed up by senior partner Philip Martin together with Steven Jenkin, James Harvey and Sean Johnston. Philip Martin and Steven Jenkin are both members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S).
