We are a private, appointment-based, personal training studio. We have assembled a team of passionate and talented coaches, with targeted skill-sets, to accommodate all different types of training needs. In addition to our dedication to cleanliness and outright excellence, what separates PEX from traditional gyms, is the structure of our business. Each of the personal trainers that embody Team PEX, own and operate their own businesses. We firmly believe that our model gives each PEX coach the ability to maintain autonomy and exercise creative liberty while allowing them to avoid many of the obligations associated with owning and operating a business.
