Our co-founders, husband and wife team Dr. Jessica Miller, DVM and CEO Brock Leach, saw the daily challenges and high rates of burnout veterinarians face. After selling their veterinary practice in 2018, the team began exploring a larger vision: a national family of pet wellness brands known for providing the highest quality medicine to pet parents and offering a wellness-focused, flexible work environment to veterinarians.
