About Personal Touch HealthCare Being the primary care giver for a loved one can be an overwhelming experience. There are alternative options for those who need assistance to remain safely in their homes. At Personal Touch Healthcare, our staff of caring professionals will help tailor the best care possible for you and your loved ones. Our focus is providing compassionate care for our clients in their home. To achieve this level of in home non medical service, an individualized Plan of Care is developed by a case manager familiar with the clients' initial assessment. After development, the Plan of Care is implemented by our highly trained staff of Personal Touch Direct Service Workers (DSWs) and is monitored on a regular basis by our team of Field Supervisors. Personal Touch also provides homemaking services, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, meal preparation & cleanup. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail is the reason our clients feel comfortable. This program is part of a federally funded program that is administered under the State of Louisiana Department of Health and Hospital (DHH).
