Perkinson Homes, Inc. was founded in Richmond, Virginia in 2008 by Brian R. Perkinson. Brian is a 3rd generation home-builder, following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father. He holds a degree in Wood Science/ Forest Products from Virginia Tech’s School of Natural Resources. Brian Perkinson entered the custom home building market in 2008 while other builders were closing their companies or struggling due to the economic collapse. The decision to start building custom homes was easy for Brian; he understood that regardless of the market conditions, there would always be a need for an experienced builder who puts the individual needs of the client first. Perkinson Homes has cultivated a reputation of excellence by listening to and understanding the desires and dreams of its clients. Known for customer satisfaction as well as architecturally stunning custom work, Perkinson Homes continues to make its mark in the Richmond home building community.
