Maryland Community Health Initiatives, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to helping individuals and communities overcome substance abuse, poverty, homelessness, crime, and health inequalities. The organization operates the Penn North Recovery Center, the Penn North Community Resource Center, the Penn North Supportive Housing Program, and the Penn North Kids Safe Zone.
