Overview
Peel Halton Workforce Development Group (PHWDG), formerly known as the Peel Halton Dufferin Training Board, is a community based, non-profit corporation. It is one of 25 local boards in the Province of Ontario, funded by the Ministry of Training Colleges & Universities (MTCU). The Peel Halton Workforce Development Group consists of a volunteer Board of Directors representing business, labour, women, visible racial minorities, educators/trainers and other equity groups. Its main role in the community is to conduct a highly interactive process that results in the Trends, Opportunities and Priorities (TOP) report.
