Overview
Twelve board-certified and board-eligible pediatricians and four certified nurse practitioners make up PAMPA, a professional group working together to offer complete well-rounded care to infants, children, and young adults. In our practice, at least one doctor or health provider is always available to you for consultation, 24 hours a day. You may choose the physician or nurse practitioner you wish to see. If the health care provider of your choice is unavailable, other health professionals and staff will be happy to help you. If a question arises after office hours, someone is always on call and available for emergencies. It is our policy to follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Therefore, we recommend health supervision visits (check-ups) 48 hours after hospital discharge and then at 1,2,4,6,9,12,15,18 months, 2 years of age, and annually thereafter. We are happy to provide health care services for children and young adults until age 22.
