Overview

A true learning can happen if it is problem, experiment, experience and discovery based rather than just transmission of information. The present education system assumes that a child/person is a mere immature being and has to mature in a prescribed way, which means he is just a superficial being who has to be deepened. This approach lacks trust and underestimates the child/person. The purpose of education should not always revolve around acquisition of pre-determined set of skills, but rather the realization of one’s full potential and ability to use these skills for greater good. To prepare a child/person for future life/career means to give that person full command of self, it means so to train the person that he/she will have the full and ready use of all his/her capabilities making them a leader in whatever choice they make.
