The PCYC Emergency Services Cadets Program assists young people to access opportunities to develop personal qualities and skills such as initiative, leadership, teamwork, self-confidence, and a sense of place in their community. The purpose of the Emergency Services Cadets Program is to introduce Queensland's young people to different forms of emergency services training programs which could lead them to careers in emergency services.
