When looking at all the major cities in the country, we found more than enough space to park. We just can’t use it, and it’s not because they don’t want to let us use it; the owners probably just can’t monetize it. That’s how Pavemint first started in Los Angeles; there are nearly three parking spaces for EVERY registered car in the city.
