We undertake portfolio analysis, building and project appraisal, and comprehensive asset management and review for corporate clients and investment funds. Patron is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the leading professional body for qualifications and standards worldwide in the real estate and construction industry. We have 22 years combined experience in the real estate and construction industry (10 of those in Spain). We have a range of technical skills as ‘Chartered Surveyors’ that enable us to analyse, advise, implement, manage and maintain real estate ensuring at all times we understand and consider the project objectives. Patron is based in Barcelona but provides services to both international and national clients in all major commercial sectors throughout Spain.
