Parrott Construction are a main building contractor based in Bedfordshire. Founded in 1968 with over 50 years experience, we’ve gained an excellent reputation for delivering high quality construction projects. Our work is within both the public and private sectors. Our turnover is approximately £13 Million with project values ranging between £500,000 and £6 million. We currently employ approximately 50 staff. Over many years, we’ve been involved with diverse schemes including: education, sports and leisure, healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential and public buildings. Most work is located within a 60 mile radius of our head office. More recently, we have successfully completed two residential PassivHaus schemes, achieving full PassivHaus certification. Today, the design and build of accommodation for housing associations has become a specialist focus for the company. Clients trust us to produce community homes to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Parrott Construction is a forward thinking company.
