As Paralegals, we provide legal services for residence of Ontario in any Tribunal courts. Some of the area we provide legal services are with Landlord and Tenant matters, Small Claims (either for plaintiff or defendant) and Employment Law. A bit about me - I am a licensed paralegal by the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to being licensed, I was a Law Clerk at a few different firms. I am also a Landlord for over 12 years and have experienced great and bad tenants. I became a paralegal because I wanted to help others who can not afford to hire a lawyer to represent them, plus understanding the law and legislations could feel daunting to some people. The benefits of hiring a Paralegal is of course the affordability factor. Paralegal, as a whole, on average, charge much less than other legal service providers.
