Paper Crane Consulting is a boutique consulting firm that provides business development and strategic partnerships consulting and advisory services for clients in the technology and digital media industries. Our consulting practice spans the entire partnership lifecycle from developing partnership strategies to tactically executing and managing partnership initiatives on behalf of clients. Our services include defining business cases and value propositions, identifying and evaluating opportunities, pitching to prospects, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, overseeing partnership implementations, and managing and growing partner relationships.
