Direct Investments: Panthium Capital Group invests in single name non-performing loans, small corporate NPL portfolios, and small-to-mid scale opportunistic real estate opportunities. By focusing on niches overlooked by large institutions, we deliver outsized risk-adjusted returns to our investors, while working with the best-in-class operating partners that would not typically be involved in transactions of this size. Panthium Capital Group has committed capital from its shareholders and external investors, which allows it to swiftly execute on opportunistic transactions across Europe.
