Pamol is a fully incorporated Para Public Company registered under the laws of Cameroon, operating in the agricultural sector and governed by the OHADA Treaty. It is under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. It is a Public liability company with its own memorandum of articles of association. The share capital of PAMOL stands at 7,153,650,000 (Seven billion, one hundred and fifty-three million, six hundred-fifty thousand) francs CFA (About 11,540,000 USD).
