Paco Winders is a division of ELSNER Engineering Works. ELSNER acquired the IP and official drawings for Paco Winders Manufacturing in 2020. We are bringing Paco converting machines for tubes and cores up to ELSNER standards and building them with purpose-built precision. Paco Winders have been a leader in manufacturing machinery for the paper tube, can and core industry since 1955, with over 3000 machines worldwide. ELSNER plans to continue that tradition by supplying and building Paco machines in Hanover, PA.
