The OZFund, Inc (OZFund) is a Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF) focused on real estate development with its first project being the redevelopment of the prior Rebmans Property on South Queen Street in Lancaster, PA into a mixed-use building with 72 apartments and 14,000 square feet of commercial space. The Fund intends to take advantage of the tax breaks afforded under the Qualified Opportunity Fund.
