The Oxford Charlemagne Institute was created by a group of Oxford University students in 2023 with the mission of researching and developing policies on European Union affairs, especially EU foreign policy and how the Union engages on the world stage. We publish articles, which anyone can write, as well as organise speaker events with leading academics and European practitioners.
