Overview

Overbrook Management Corporation (“Overbrook”) is an independent SEC-registered investment advisory firm providing asset management and related services to institutional investors and high net worth individuals. Formed in 1946 to manage and protect the wealth and financial well‐being of the Altschul Family, Overbrook opened its doors to outside investors for the first time in 2002. • Today, the firm remains privately owned and has served four generations of the Altschul family. • The firm is dedicated to providing its clients with the highest level of service and independent investment advice, as well as helping to manage complex family, estate, and business concerns. Mission Statement Overbrook is committed to offering the expertise, investment capabilities, and operational excellence of an institutional asset management firm while maintaining the intimacy of an investment advisory boutique borne from the firm’s history as a family office. We value the close professional relationships we have developed and maintained with our institutional and wealth management clients. These relationships are the cornerstones of our firm’s success and longevity. We are guided by principles of integrity and honesty. This is fostered by open, honest, and frequent communication. We seek to establish with our clients a shared understanding of our approach to investing. In doing so, we acknowledge that the investment we continually make in our reputation is as important as the investments we make on our clients’ behalf. Overbrook’s mission is to manage our clients’ assets and provide excellent long-term investment performance. Our approach to investment management is tailored to the unique needs of each of our clients, but our focus is ultimately on absolute rates of return of our clients’ investment portfolios over a long‐term time horizon.
