Overview

Are leaders born, or are they made? Oulbyz is a niche executive/team coaching and personal development company dedicated to bridging the gap between organisations, distributors, and Gen Z distribution and employees. The company is founded on the principles of Ikigai, which informs our mission to build high-performing, sustainable teams by aligning business and culture through focused team development. We achieve this through a four-phase process: Discovery - This includes a series of candid conversations with key stakeholders and targeted individuals. We then use this information to understand the true underlying issues preventing an organisation from realising its goals, as well as any potential opportunities that exist. Recommendation - The second phase involves a series of recommendations based on the information gathered during phase 1. This allows us to create tailor-made programmes to find solutions to identified issues and take advantage of existing opportunities. In this phase, we also share proposals on the scope of the service we will provide, recommended partners, potential costs, and next steps. Coaching - Each coaching session is unique to an organisation’s situation. In the coaching process, we first focus on identifying the issues or opportunities we discovered in the first two phases. This process aims to ensure alignment between the team, customers, and the organisation. Coaching may be supported by development programmes we have outlined in the recommendations phase. Reviewing- In the final phase, we focus on identifying individual and team lessons. The goal here is to ensure an organisation can create sustainable systems built on established principles. There may be adjustments along the way and a need to review and update the processes. The end goal of this phase is to ensure high-performance teams that deliver sustainable growth.
