Overview

Osmond Resources is an exploration and development company focused on lithium, boron, gold and base metals discoveries within projects located in the USA and Australia. The Company recently entered into an agreement to acquire up to 100% of the Iberian One Project in Spain. This project aims to exploit alunite mineralisation for producing Sulphate of Potash (SOP), a premium fertiliser product, along with alum (aluminium potassium sulphate), kaolinite, and graphite. The Company has secured agreements in respect of several tenements that are considered highly prospective for gold, copper, nickel, and rare earth elements (REE) with Fowler Resources Pty Ltd and with Kimba Resources Pty Ltd. The Company's Projects are focused on exploration for gold, nickel, copper, and rare earth elements (REE) within the highly prospective Fowler Domain and Nuyts Domain, both within the Gawler Craton in South Australia as well as western Victoria.
