Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter (OSCAS) is a registered charity and non-profit dog shelter devoted to caring for a hundred Singapore Specials. All of the dogs in the shelter were rescued from the streets or from being culled, and currently call this shelter home until they find their forever family. Lend a hand, save a paw.
