Overview

Orion Racers is a professional racing team based at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, Karnataka. A group of Mechanical and Automobile enthusiasts came together on this platform and the team Orion came into existence in October, 2017 headed by Ashish Jaiswal. From our core of heart we try to achieve winning and make our project successful in Human Powered Vehicle Competitions conducted by American Society of Mechanical Engineers in Asia Pacific region. We have competed with 1350 teams in the qualifying event across Asia pacific. We have qualified as one of the top 40 teams with strong design in terms of durability, strength and performance. We are now into professional racings and our model got selected in the top 15 models in Quest Global. Now we are looking forward in building a high resilience cost effective vehicle for future competition.
