“Organic Lotkoh Impact Fund" is an upcoming Private Equity and Venture Capital fund which makes investment with the intention to generate positive, measurable socialand environmental impact alongside a financial return. Organic Lotkoh Public Limited (OLPL) will be a holding company will be incorporated in SECP under Companies ACT-2017. OLPL will be funded by public and private sector investors and the project will fund the local partner businesses as holding their major (51%) shares. The company will create mass movements to adopt organic lifestyle and food systems by relying back from nature through utilization of self-based resources. The project will fund all the supporting businesses in their listed businesses. Minimum Investment begins with Rs.100 to become a shareholder in this set up. Shareholding is exclusive for the indigenous citizens of Lotkoh Area . Following are the core objectives of the project so far envisioned. 1. Alternate Agri-Organic variety for seeding will be introduced in agricultural farming sector. Latest technology will be used in farming organic products and farmers will be funded for the farming needs. 2. Fruits Processing Systems will be introduced. Gardening culture will be enabled and latest technology will be introduced in fruit production and processing. 3. Live Stock breeding will be encouraged by home based dairy farming culture where the extra products will directly collectively supplied to down market. 4. Trout Fish Culture will introduced and promoted in suitable valleys and trout fish will be directly marketed in the down market. 5. GMO seeds will be discouraged including Potato Cultivation or fully banned. 6. Mineral will be explored for economic advancement of local indigenous citizens and by the locals. 7. Local oriented companies will be funded for the above mentioned activities. 8.
