Onward Advisors consults with small and mid-sized companies to help them save time, money, and precious resources while comparing and choosing the best professional employer organization (PEO) for their business. The PEO industry is a highly specialized field. Without previous experience, finding the right one can be a labor-intensive and daunting process, especially while trying to fulfill day-to-day job responsibilities. That’s where Onward Advisors comes in. Armed with decades of industry experience, we serve as an advisor and liaison, even speaking directly with PEOs on behalf of customers. We believe in holding PEOs accountable. Between decades of industry experience working at PEOs and our deep roster of clients, we know the prices that PEOs typically charge, what should be included in each package, and what year-to-year increases are considered acceptable. We do diligence for our customers – prioritizing transparency and providing the knowledge, insight, and analysis needed to feel confident when comparing PEOs.
